Making a decision and next steps

This is our first draft strategic plan for 2026-29 and has not been considered or approved internally within the Commission, and may be subject to change both from the consultation which closes on 5 December 2025 but also from the internal governance and scrutiny processes at the Commission.

The final draft strategic plan for 2026-29 will be submitted to our Executive Leadership Team in January 2026 with final approval at our Board meeting in February 2026.
