Our 'North' team visits individuals who use mental or learning disability services in Highland, Fife, Tayside, Orkney, Shetland and Western Isles. We publish visit reports because what we find during our visits to individuals might be relevant to other people who use the service. Our reports don't include any information that could identify an individual service-user.
