Our 'East' team visits individuals who use mental or learning disability services in Edinburgh, East, Mid and West Lothian, Borders, Lanarkshire and Forth Valley. We publish visit reports because what we find during our visits to individuals might be relevant to other people who use the service. Our reports are only for our focussed visits to NHS service. Our reports are edited to ensure they don't include any information that could identify an individual service-user.
