Leaflets and other information resources about the Adults with Incapacity Act can be accessed from the publications section of the Office for the Public Guardian website. We have also produced a leaflet that explains our role in welfare guardianship.
We have produced a number of guidance documents for professionals to help them when working with incapacity law, some of these may also be of interest to carers. These can be found in the good practice guidance section of this website.
