We publish a number of documents each year. Our publications explain our role, help people to understand their rights and to promote best practice in the use of mental health and adults with incapacity law.

Information in alternative formats
We aim to make our information as accessible as possible.
- We have produced easy read service user & carer leaflets and have also produced a DVD for people with a learning disability.
- We have produced a BSL DVD about the Commission and a BSL translation of the Scottish Government's service user and carer guide to mental health law.
