Annual Report and Accounts 2008-09
Our annual report provides an overview of our work to safeguard the rights and welfare of some of Scotland's most vulnerable people. It demonstrates how we have delivered on our key duties in relation to mental health and incapacity law.
We have also prepared an Easy Read Annual Report 2008-09 for people with a learning disability. You can also watch or listen short video of the key findings from our monitoring programme at our ReportsHub home page.
Our annual monitoring report - data and analysis of the use of mental health and incapacity law in Scotland
Our annual overview data and analysis is now available from our interactive ReportsHub home page. The hub aims to provide easier access to our annual, quarterly and themed monitoring data. It allows you to organise, print, share and comment on findings that are of particular interest to you. Please note we no longer produce this report in a printed format.
