Quarterly statistics

The Commission is notified of certain measures under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment)(Scotland) Act 2003 (MHSA) and the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (CPSA). It is also notified of all welfare guardianship powers granted under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000. We produce quarterly updates on the use of the legislation.
