If you are unhappy with your treatment there are people who can help you.
If there is someone you know who can help you speak to them first. This might be a relative, a carer, a support worker or a friend.
If you have an advocate they can help too. To find out more about getting an advocate call the Scottish Independent Advocacy Association on 0131 260 5830.
If you don't get the help you need by asking these people or if you would like to talk to someone who is independent you can call us on 0800 389 6809.
