Freedom of information — Providing information about our work
The Freedom of Information Act says that you have the right to know how organisations, like ours, that are funded from the public purse make decisions and manage their resources. The following links take you to details and downloads of the information we can provide:
- What we do
- How we are funded and how we use our funds
- How we are managed
- Our performance targets and whether we've met them
- How we relate to service users and carers
- How we relate to other agencies
- How we manage our human, physical and information resources
We also produce a Publication Scheme which tells you what we publish and how to access information about us.
If the information you would like is not on the site please submit an e-mail enquiry
We will respond to all requests about the information which we hold. We will do what we can to make information available. It might not be possible for us to provide the information you ask for. For example, we will not usually release confidential patient records to anyone other than the patient. Sometimes we will have to consider whether information is exempt from publication before releasing it.
