are now open for the PIP awards.
We're looking for applications from services, projects and teams
who have embraced the principles and embedded these into their
work.

• Service user participation and influence (Peoples' choice

Alliance
• Carer involvement and support - sponsored by See Me
Scotland
• Care and support of people with dementia - sponsored
by The Dementia Service Development Centre
• Care and support of younger people - sponsored by
Young Voices of Experience
• Respect for diversity - sponsored by the Equality
Team, NHS Health Scotland
• Long-term mental illness and recovery - sponsored by
the Scottish Recovery Network
We aim to award those who demonstrate a clear commitment to
developing services that place the needs, views and rights of
individual service users and carers at the centre of what they
do.

Shortlisted submissions will be announced in January 2013.
We will announce the winners at the conference at The
