Ms R - refusing treatment for physical care

Ms R  was a woman with alcohol-related brain damage who was subject to welfare guardianship.                                                                                                                   

She died in 2011 after refusing treatment for suspected cervical cancer. This investigation looks at her care and treatment in the years leading up to her death.
